Hi! My name is Carole (w/ an E) and I live in Los Angeles, CA. I’m married to a supportive, kind, hardworking, etc.! guy, and we have an adorable doggy named Hurley.
From a gf who was listening to me share about yet another painful flare-up. She shared that her friend w/ Crohn’s found great comfort in GWG and I may as well. A year later I found myself at the 2016 retreat randomly sitting next to said friend. We became dear friends as well. xoxo
I wanted to volunteer w/ the LYGM program because I love snail mail and feel it brings such simple joy. It was a way I could give back to other GWG (all around the world) in need of extra support.
I work as an Artist: actress/voiceover and acrylic painter. I also volunteer as a state certified counselor advocate for survivors of abuse w/ Peace Over Violence org.. I enjoy yoga, spinning, movies, resting, binging shows, hiking, traveling w/ my hubs & dog, wine tasting, cooking, all things the color green, and did I say resting. 😉
