As part of registration, you will be required to provide the date of your last vaccine. Additionally, we will be asking all attendees to provide a copy of their vaccination card as part of the post-registration forms that will be emailed.

We ask that all attendees provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken at least 72 hours before the retreat.
