For over a decade, Girls With Guts retreats have been a space to connect, heal, and grow together. Each year, we’ve explored new ways to support our community and in 2026, we’re diving deeper than ever into the power of whole-person wellness. 
Join us in the redwoods of La Honda, California, from October 23–26, 2026, for a restorative weekend surrounded by nature at YMCA Camp Jones Gulch.
This year’s retreat is all about nourishing the mind, body, and spirit – embracing every part of who we are, inside and out.
What you can look forward to:
- Insightful sessions with GI psychologists exploring the mind-gut connection
- Nutrition-focused workshops with registered dietitians and wellness experts
- Gentle yoga and mindfulness practices among the trees
- A special body image session featuring empowering portraits
- Space to share your story, connect, and be seen—exactly as you are
- And to close it all out – a Masquerade Ball to explore the “masks we wear” – that’s sure to be unforgettable!
