Some are turning to mediation and mindfulness. Which can take a day or just a few moments!

Girls With Guts created a month-long mindfulness challenge to help you and your IBD sisters find peace and calm during this turbulent time.

Just for an idea, you can see what we did on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday of last week.
