I learned about Girls with Guts after receiving my emergency total colectomy and ileostomy. \

Why did you decide to volunteer with Girls With Guts?

I decided to volunteer because I loved the passion and network of amazing women we have at Girls with Guts.

When you are not volunteering with Girls With Guts what do you do with your time?

When I’m not volunteering I’m caring for Adela Rose, reading, writing for my blog, and working on managing my UC; which is a full time job currently.
